V naší práci jsme se zabývali změnou životního stylu sester pracujících na JIP. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda pracovní zařazení sester na JIP ovlivnilo jejich životní styl. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na charakteristiku životního stylu, který zahrnoval zdravou výživu, pitný režim, pohybovou aktivitu, spánek a stres. Dále jsme charakterizovali JIP, kompetence sester na JIP a jejich vzdělávání. Výzkumná část je realizována formou kvalitativního přístupu, pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Pro výzkumnou část jsme si zvolili tři následující výzkumné otázky. Jaký životní styl mají sestry pracující na JIP? Změnil se sestrám životní styl po nástupu na JIP? Ve kterých aspektech, a jak výrazně se změnil sestrám životní styl po nastoupení na JIP? Výzkumný vzorek tvoří osm probandů, kteří pracovali dříve na standardním oddělení a momentálně pracují na JIP. Probandy jsme vybírali na interní JIP, chirurgické JIP, urologické JIP a traumatologické JIP. v jedné z nemocnic Jihočeského kraje. Při rozhovoru jsme porovnávali životní styl sester na standardním oddělení a na JIP. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukázaly, že sestry mají nekvalitní životní styl. Nepravidelně se stravují, mají nekvalitní spánek, který je příčinou směnného provozu, mají nedostatek pohybové aktivity, protože na ni nemají čas a přicházejí z práce unaveny. Dále výsledky výzkumného šetření odhalily, že se sestrám po nástupu na JIP jejich životní styl zlepšil a to v aspektech stravování a jeho pravidelnosti, v nižším výskytu stresových situací a v lepší atmosféře na pracovišti. Ostatní aspekty uvedené v teoretické části nebyly výrazně změněny. In our work, we have been working on changing of the lifestyle of nurses working at ICU. The aim of the work was to find out whether the nursing class at the ICU had an impact on their lifestyle. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, we have focused on the lifestyle characteristics, which included healthy nutrition, drinking regime, physical activity, sleeping and stress factors. We also characterized the ICU, the competence of the nurses at the ICU and their education. The research part is realized in the form of a qualitative approach, by using a semi-structured interview. For the research section, we have chosen three following research questions. What kind of lifestyle do nurses working at ICU have? Did the nurses change their lifestyle after joining the ICU? In which aspects and how did nurses significantly change their lifestyle after entering the ICU? The research sample consists of eight probands who have previously worked at the standard department and are currently working on ICUs. Probands were selected for internal ICU, surgical ICU, urological ICU and traumatic ICU in one of the hospitals in the South Bohemian Region. During the interview, we have been comparing the nurses' lifestyle at the standard department and the ICU. The results of the research showed that nurses have a poor quality of life. They eat irregularly, have poor sleep, which is born on the basis of interchange, they also have a lack of physical activity, because they have no time for it and they are tired after their work. Furthermore, the results of the research showed that nurses´ conditions (after their arrival to ICU) have been improved by eating aspects and their regularity, less stress situations and a better workplace atmosphere. Other aspects mentioned in the theoretical part were not significantly altered.
