[cze][eng] Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout optimální řešení konkrétního problému pomocí aplikace matematického rozhodování a zpracovat přehled základních matematických metod rozhodování, které lze efektivně využít při řešení praktického rozhodovacího úkolu, který je součástí praktické části bakalářské práce. Přínosem této práce bude strukturovaný postup vybraných metod, které lze aplikovat na jakýkoliv rozhodovací problém. Používáním těchto metod se můžeme efektivněji rozhodovat a tím objevit optimální řešení daného problému. Pro účely naplnění cíle byla stanovena výzkumná otázka: Jaké je optimální řešení konkrétního problému pomocí aplikace matematického rozhodování v krizovém řízení? Práce byla rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde se můžete seznámit s obecnou teorií vícekriteriálního rozhodování, a na část praktickou, kde je uveden konkrétní rozhodovací příklad, který je podrobně vysvětlený. Teoretická část práce byla sepsána na základě rešerše knižních publikací a zahraničních vědeckých článků, které se zabývaly problematikou vícekriteriálního rozhodování. V první kapitole byl rozebrán pojem rozhodování. Další kapitoly se zabývaly vícekriteriálním rozhodováním, stanovením vah kritérií, stanovením pořadí variant a použitím těchto metod v praxi. Praktická část práce se zabývala aplikací těchto metod na fiktivním příkladu. Pro účely představení těchto metod byl vybírán automobil pro potřeby velitele stanice HZS kraje. Byla popsána metodika výzkumu, kde byly stanoveny jednotlivé postupy a činnosti pro nalezení optimálního řešení rozhodovacího problému. Výzkumná část spočívala ve stanovení kritérií a jejich vah, v průzkumu automobilového trhu v České republice pro výběr varianty, použití vybraných metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování a nalezení optimálního řešení. The aim of the thesis was to design an optimal solution to a specific problem using a mathematical decision-making and to create an overview of basic mathematical decision-making methods that can be effectively used in solving practical decision-making task which is a part of the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The thesis's contribution lies in a structured process of selected methods which can be applied to any decision-making problem. While using these methods, we can make more effective decisions and therefore discover the optimal solution to the given problem. A research question was set for the purpose of fulfilling the goal: What is the optimal solution to a specific problem using a mathematical decision-making in crisis management? The thesis was divided into a theoretical part where you can get acquainted with the general theory of multi-criteria decision-making and a practical part where a specific decision-making example is stated and explained in detail. The theoretical part of the thesis was based on the research of publications and foreign scientific articles dealing with the problematics of multi-criteria decision-making. The first chapter analysed the decision-making as a term. Following chapters looked into multi-criteria decision-making, determining the weight of criteria, establishing the order of variants and using these methods in practice. The practical part of the thesis dealt with the application of these methods to a fictitious example. An automobile required for the commander of the region's fire brigade station was chosen for the purpose of demonstrating these methods. It describes the methodology of the research where individual processes and activities for finding the optimal solution of the decision-making problem were set. The research part of the thesis consisted in determining the criteria and its weight, making an automotive market research in the Czech Republic for the choice of a variant, using selected methods of multi-criteria decision-making and finding the optimal solution.
