Tato práce se zabývá IR spektrofotometrií a technickými aspekty IR spektrofotometru Buck 500. První kapitola teoretické části je věnována textiliím na bázi přírodních vláken. V této kapitole je zpracován přehled týkající se bavlny, která je měřena v experimentální části. V druhé kapitole je popsán princip IR spektrofotometrie. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy typu transmitance, absorbance, vlnová délka, vlnočet apod. Další kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na popis základních součástí IR spektrofotometru Buck 500. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny metody pro analýzu pevných látek (KBr, ATR). V experimentální části je ucelený přehled týkající se zapojení a provozování přístroje, konektivity s výpočetní technikou. Je zde popsán postup získávání spekter programem GRAMS/AI. Další kapitola je věnována měřeným spektrům na IR spektrofotometru Buck 500. V práci je popsán postup výroby KBr tablet. Poslední kapitola pojednává o vyhodnocování a interpretaci jednotlivých spekter na základě výskytů píků s ohledem na oblast vlnočtu. V závěru práce je interpretován rozdíl spekter mezi modifikovanou a nemodifikovanou bavlnou. The work deals with IR spectrophotometry and technical aspects of IR spectrophotom-eter Buck 500. The first chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to textiles produced from natural fibres. The chapter carries out a survey concerning cotton measured further in the experimental part. The second chapter describes IR spectrophotometry principle. It brings the basic terminology, for instance transmittance, absorbance, wavelength, wave-speed, etc. The next chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the description of basic components of IR spectrophotometer Buck 500. The theoretical part further explains the methods used for analysis of solid agents (KBr, ATR). The experimental part provides a comprehensive overview on how to install, operate and maintain the instrument as well as its compatibility with IT technology. It further describes the process of gaining spectra using GRAMS/AI programmes. The next chapter describes the spectra measurement methods on IR spectrophotometer Buck 500. The work mentions the process of KBr tablets production. The last chapter deals with the evaluation and interpretation of individual spectra based on the number of peaks with respect to wave-speed. The final part points out the difference between modified and non-modified cotton.
