Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti nemovitostí a z oblasti oceňování. Praktická část práce se zabývá podrobným zaměřením nemovitostí, konkrétně jednoho rodinného domu a bytové jednotky. Je zde řešena problematika, která vznikla během samotného zaměření nemovitostí, včetně postupů jejího řešení. Výstupem práce je celkové ocenění těchto dvou nemovitostí porovnávacím způsobem. The theoretic part of the diploma thesis contains an explanation of the basic terminology of the real estate market and estimation field. The practical part of the thesis deals with the real estate measurement, of a family house and a housing unit in particular. It deals with the issue of measurement of each property itself, including the process of measuring it. The output of the thesis is the overall estimation of the two properties by a comparative method.
