[cze][eng] Teoretický základ se týká především rozebrání předností a nedostatků při využívání softwaru STATISTICA zaměřeného na analýzu kategoriálních dat a představení vybraných statistických metod k této analýze (tabulky četností, kontingenční tabulky, chí-kvadrát test, koeficienty závislosti). V hlavní části jde o představení statistického softwaru a porovnání jeho výhod a nevýhod při využívání s dalšími obdobnými softwary. V práci je popsáno, co nabízí moderní software a hlavní důraz je kladen na možnosti zpracování kategoriálních dat. V praktické části je nastínění statistických metod na typových příkladech, při níž jsou využívána data z oblasti účetnictví, ekonomiky a daňové problematiky. Tyto informace plynou z dotazníkových šetření a z vybrané společnosti.This thesis involves primarily advantages and disadvantages of using the software to other similar softwares, focusing on analysis categorical data and representation of selected statistical methods. The main purpose of this thesis is demonstration of options the software offers and the main focus is put on possibility of processing categorical data. Typical examples are shown whether the software can be used in practice as well as in accounting, economics and tax issues. All those information come from questionnaire and of selected companies.
