Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza sociálního podnikání ve vybraných regionech, která zahrnuje interní a externí faktory, které mohou sociální podnikání stimulovat nebo mu naopak bránit (např. financování, potřebnost těchto služeb, navázání na tradici např. formou existující charity). Výzkum spočívá v analýze dat ze dvou regionů (Jižní Čechy a Vysočina). Data jsou získána z internetových zdrojů a veřejně přístupných statistik a z aktuálních informací o sociálním podnikání. Analýza porovnává údaje podniků, které působí v různých oblastech podnikání (např. ochrana životního prostředí, výroba a prodej výrobků, poskytování služeb). Ačkoliv sociální podnikání může být chápáno jako poměrně mladý jev, má také svou historii. Práce tak shrnuje historii sociálního podnikání, jeho vývoj. Výsledkem je shrnutí sociálního podnikání z hlediska zaměstnanosti a poskytovaných příspěvků a posouzení jeho vlivu na vývoj v jednotlivých regionech. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the situation surrounding social entrepreneurship in a selected region. It determines internal and external factors which stimulate it or slow it down (financing, marketability of social entrepreneurship, building upon tradition e.g. an existing charity organization, etc.). The research analyzes data from two selected regions (South Bohemia and Vysočina). The data are obtained from publicly accessible sources, statistics available online and from actual social entrepreneurships. The analysis compares data from businesses in several areas of entrepreneurship (e.g. environmental protection, manufacturing, services). Although social entrepreneurship is understood as a rather new concept, there have been practices throughout history. These practices are quite similar in nature. The thesis summarizes the history of these activities. The summary provides a ground for demonstrating the benefit of social entrepreneurship in the region.
