Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit realizaci, ale také povědomí českých spotřebitelů o spotřebitelských testech v rámci České republice. Dílčími cíli je zjisti povědomí a přehled o spotřebitelských organizacích, testech, ale také médiích, které je vydávají. Důležité je také zjistit, zda testům spotřebitelé důvěřují, zda zjišťují jejich nezávislost a jak moc je ovlivňují při rozhodování o nákupu daného zboží nebo služby. Bakalářská práce na téma Spotřebitelské testy v rámci České republiky popisuje a hodnotí současnou situaci v rámci ochrany spotřebitele v ČR a spotřebitelské testování výrobků či služeb, přehled spotřebitelů o této problematice, důvěryhodnost testů a jejich dopad na nákupní rozhodování. The gain of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate realization and the awareness of consumer testing in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at consumer in the Czech Republic, his rights and responsibilities. The main part is focused on consumer protection, its legal regulation and consumer organizations in the Czech Republic. The important part of thesis contain consumer testing, realization, consumer organizations, which create consumer testing and media which publish these tests. The practical part is dedicated to the Czech citizen and its perceiving of consumer protection and consumer organizations. The practical part is based on consumer testing, how people from the Republic trust the results, which topics are the most important for them and how they know media which publish results of testing, newspapers, magazines, TV or online show.
