Práce obsahuje navržení svařovacích parametrů a následné vyhodnocení profilu svaru, který je svařený metodou MAG. Na základě literární studie problematiky obloukového svařování v ochranných atmosférách bylo navrženo svařování drátem o průměru 1mm označený podle katalogu OK AristoRod 12.50 a chemickém složení odpovídající G3Si1. Svařován byl plech o tloušťce 4mm z oceli ČSN 11 375 a svařováno bylo v ochranné atmosféře M21, která odpovídá směsi Ar + 8% CO2. Svařováno bylo dvěma typy oblouku, impulsním a zkratem, přičemž zdroj byl Aristo Mig U5000i. Výsledné mechanické vlastnosti a chemické složení svaru je uvedeno v příloze, kde najdeme inspekční certifikát 3.1 This thesis focuses on the design of welding parameters and subsequently evaluates profile of the weld that is welded by the MAG method. On the basis of the literature study on arc welding v protective atmospheres, a 1 mm diameter welding was designed according to OK AristoRod 12.50 catalogue and chemical composition corresponding to G3Sil. A 4 mm thick steel sheet made from ČSN 11 375 steel was welded and the welding was conducted in protective atmosphere M21, which equals a mixture of Ar + 8% CO2. Welding was conducted using two types of an arch, impulse and short-circuit, and the source was Aristo Mig U5000i. Final mechanical properties and chemical composition of the weld is included in the attachment, where we can find the inspection certificate 3.1.
