Práce předkládá porovnání dvou srovnatelných svařovacích metod, a to svařování plazmou a svařování metodou TIG. Princip fungování obou svařovacích metod byl popsán v teoretické části. Pro experimentální část byl zvolen základní materiál – chrom-niklová ocel s označením X5CrNi 18-10 a přídavný materiál ve formě drátu OK TIGROD 16.95. Pro každou svařovací metodu byly vytvořeny 3 vzorky. U vzorků bylo hodnoceno vnesené specifické teplo, které se u vzorků vytvořených pomocí svařování plazmou nelišilo, zato u metody TIG bylo pro každý vzorek jiné. Dále byl u vzorků hodnocen průběh tvrdosti, kdy u svařování plazmou jsou hodnoty na okraji svaru výrazně vyšší než u kořene svaru, ale u metody svařování TIG se hodnoty na okraji svaru a u kořene svaru téměř neliší. Tepelně ovlivněná oblast nebyla u vzorků dostatečně zřetelná. Ověření konečné struktury svařovaného materiálu bylo provedeno pomocí Shaefflerova diagramu. Pro metodu svařování plazmou, u které byl použit přídavný materiál ve formě drátu, bylo určeno zředění svarového kovu. The work presents a comparison of two welding methods: plasma welding and GTA W. The principle of both welding methods was described in the theoretical part of this work. For the experimental part a base material was chosen - chrome-nickel steel labeled X5CrNi 18-10 and added material in the form of rod OK TIGROD 16.95. Three samples were made for each welding method. Samples were assessed according to applied specific heat which didn't vary in case of the samples made by plasma welding but was different for each sample made by GTA W. Further, the samples were assessed according to a development of hardness: in case of plasma welding the values at the edge of the weld were significantly higher than at the root of the weld but in case of GTA W the values at the edge and at the root of the weld were almost the same. The area affected by heat was not adequately distinctive with any of the samples. The check of the final structure of the welded material was performed with the help of the Shaeffler diagram. For plasma welding method, for which added material in the form of rod was used, dilution of the welding metal was determined.
