V diplomové práce je zpracován návrh podnikatelského plánu pro založení společnosti zabývající se výrobou a prodejem cukrářských produktů v regionu Rožnovsko. Pro vstup na tento relativně malý, ale vysoce konkurenční trh, je zvolena cesta diferenciace, a to zejména prodejem tradičních a poctivých zákusků ve vlastní tematické cukrárně v centru města. Další plánovanou cestou distribuce je prodej kávy a vybraných výrobků z pojízdného stánku před čtvrtým nejnavštěvovanějším muzeem České republiky. Pro sestavení návrhu podnikatelského plánu jsou využity informace a data z knižních a online zdrojů, stejně jako údaje z analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy. Samotný návrh podnikatelského plánu zahrnuje popis koncepce a plány společnosti, včetně predikce finanční situace budoucího podniku. The thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan for the establishment of a company engaged in production and sale of confectionery products in the Rožnov region. To enter this relatively small but highly competitive market, a differentiation path is chosen, in particular by selling traditional and fair desserts in a home-based thematic patisserie. Another planned distribution route is the sale of coffee and selected products from a mobile stand in front of the fourth most visited museum in the Czech Republic. For the compilation of the business plan, information and data from books and online resources are used as well as data from the analysis of the company's external and internal environment. The business plan proposal itself includes a description of the company's concepts and plans, including the prediction of the financial situation of the future business.
