Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice řízení v oblasti obalového hospodářství. V první části vysvětluje obecné pojmy týkající se logistiky, zásob a obalového hospodářství. Za pomocí metod využívaných v logistice bude následně provedena analýza současného stavu a z ní odvozeny problematické oblasti. V poslední části bude navržen vhodný koncept řízení, který bude předcházet a eliminovat problémy spojené s obalovým hospodářstvím. This diploma thesis deals with the isssue of packaging management. At the first it explains the general concepts of the logistics, stock and packaging management. Using methods employed in logistics, the analysis will examine the current situation and its related problem areas. In the last part, there will be designed management concept that would prevent and eliminate the problems with packaging management.
