Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany práv daňových subjektů, konkrétně opravnými (řádnými a mimořádnými) a dozorčími prostředky v daňovém řízení, v rámci zákona č. 280/2009 Sb., daňový řád, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Cílem této práce je naleznout, systematicky charakterizovat, popsat a vysvětlit opravné prostředky, včetně žaloby ve správním soudnictví. The bachelor thesis aims on issues of protecting the rights of taxpayers, specifically remedial (ordinary and extraordinary) and supervisory measures in tax proceeding, within the Act no. 280/2009 Coll, The Tax Code, as amended. The aim of this thesis is to find, systematically characterize, describe and explain the remedial measures, including the action in administrative proceeding.
