Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na pôdne hydrogély, ktoré fungujú na princípe kontrolovaného uvoľňovania. Cieľom bola rešerš na tému uvoľňovania látok a praktické využitie hydrogélov v poľnohospodárskej praxi. V práci sme sa zamerali na vplyv humínových látok a priemyselného hnojiva NPK na množstvo uvoľnených látok z hydrogélu. Pri zisťovaní týchto údajov sa využili rôzne metódy ako pH-metria, konduktometria, spektrofotometria a chromatografia a poznatky nielen z analytickej ale aj makromolekulovej chémie. Experimentálne sa zistilo, že obsah lignohumátu sodného nemá vplyv na rýchlosť uvoľňovania draslíka a fosforu do pôdy. Hydrogél v ktorom sa nachádzalo vyššie množstvo hnojiva NPK a isté množstvo lignohumátu, uvoľnil zo svojej štruktúry oveľa väčšie množstvo iónov ako hydrogél bez hnojiva NPK s približne rovnakým množstvom lignohumátu. This bachelor thesis is focused on soil hydrogels, which operate on the principle of controlled release. The aim of the research was on the release of substances, and the practical use of hydrogels in agricultural practice. At work, we focused on the effect of humic substances and the quantities of the substances of the fertilizer NPK of hydrogel. Querying this data will use a variety of methods such as pH-metry, conductometry, spectrophotometry and chromatography and knowledge not only of the analysis but also the macromolecular chemistry. Experiment it was found that the content of sodium lignohumate does not affect the rate of release of potassium and phosphorus into the soil. Hydrogel which is located above the quantity of NPK fertilizer and a certain number of lignohumate released from its structures much larger amounts of ions such as Hydrogel without fertilizer NPK with approximately the same amount of lignohumate
