Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stravovacích návyků u dětí školního a adolescentního věku na druhém stupni základních a středních škol na Táborsku. Obsahem teoretické části je vymezení základních složek výživy, zásad zdravé výživy a specifik výživy u dospívající mládeže. Dále vymezuje základy týkající se dietních režimů, speciálních systémů stravování a rizik souvisejících se stravováním (poruchy příjmu potravy). V praktické části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření na dvou základních a dvou středních školách s celkovým počtem respondentů (n=349). Výsledky jsou porovnány dle jednotlivých škol a dle pohlaví respondentů. The Bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of children's and adolescent's eating habits at the second level of elementary and secondary schools in Tábor and its surroundings. The theoretical part defines the basic nutrients, the principles of healthy nutrition and specifics of children's and adolescent's nutrition. Also defines basics of diets, alternative dietary lifestyles and risks related to eating habits (eating disorders). In the practical part the research in two elementary and two high schools with total respondents of (n=349) is done. The results are compared across the sex of the respondents and their studied schools.
