Tématem bakalářské práce je reflexní terapie jako terapeutický nástroj v péči o zdraví. V teoretické části jsem uvedla tuto metodu do souvislosti s alternativní medicínou a zařadila ji mezi jednu z alternativních terapií. V dalších kapitolách se zabývám přímo reflexní terapií, historií a současnou situací, jejím využitím, principem, účinky, orientací na chodidle, technikou provádění a průběhem léčby. Dále jsou popsány univerzální body a vybrané reflexní plošky. V praktické části jsem pomocí analýzy rozhovorů zjišťovala, jak jednotliví respondenti hodnotí přínos a efekt reflexní terapie. Také jsem se zabývala zhodnocením možností reflexní terapie. Subject of a bachelor's thesis is a reflective therapy as a health treatment therapeutical form .In a theoretic part I related this method with an alternative medicine and I classified it as one of the alternative therapies. In following chapters I dealt directly with a refletive therapy, its history and a contemporary situation, its application, principles, effects, a foot orientation ,a performance technique and a treatment progress. Also there are described universal spots and selected reflective spots.In a practical part using analysis of selected responders interviews, I inquired an evaluation of benefits and effects of reflective therapy. I also included evaluation of possibilities of reflective therapy.
