Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá interní analýzou vybrané organizace. Cílem práce je zhodnocení současné situace vybrané organizace prostřednictvím zvolené analýzy vnitřního prostředí a navržení strategie vedoucí k jejímu rozvoji. Teoretická část je zaměřena na sběr poznatků týkajících se analýzy jednotlivých funkcionálních oblastí: marketingu, řízení lidských zdrojů, financí, výzkumu a vývoje a výroby. Mimo jiné popisuje i tvorbu strategie a SWOT analýzy. Praktická část je vytvořena ve spolupráci s mezinárodní neziskovou organizací. V této části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky týkající se interní analýzy. Analýza byla provedena prostřednictvím sběru interních informací a pomocí rozhovorů s pověřenými osobami. Na základě výsledků analýz jednotlivých oblastí jsou stanoveny silné a slabé stránky organizace. Vnější příležitosti a ohrožení jsou určeny na základě osobního působení v této organizaci. Tyto faktory tvoří dohromady SWOT analýzu, na jejímž základě je navržena strategie pro budoucí zlepšení stavu organizace. This bachelor thesis focuses on internal analysis of a chosen organisation. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate a current state of the organisation through the internal analysis as well as the following suggestion of a strategy for the possible improvement. The theoretical part focuses on the collection of information about the analysis of each functional area: marketing, HR, finance, R&D and production. Moreover, it decribes creation of a strategy and SWOT analysis as well. The practical part is written in cooperation with an international non-profit organisation. Theoretical knowledge about the internal analysis is applied in this part. The work on the analysis included the collection of internal information and interviews with particular people from the organisation. Based on results of the internal analysis, strengths and weaknesses of this organisation are defined. External opportunities and threads are identified through personal experience with this organisation. At the end, the SWOT analysis is created. Based on SWOT analysis, the strategy for possible improvement of the organisation is suggested.
