Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem termodynamických a strukturních aspektů při interakcích huminových kyselin s iontovými organickými sloučeninami. Jako modelový organický iont bylo použito barvivo methylenová modř. Interakce byly studovány pomocí izotermické titrační kalorimetrie, rozpouštěcí kalorimetrie a metodou difúze v difúzních celách. This master thesis deals with the study of thermodynamic and structural aspects of the interactions of humic acids with organic ions. Methylene blue (dye) was used as a model organic ion. The interactions were studied by isothermal titration calorimetry, dissolution calorimetry and by diffusion in diffusion cells.
