Diagnostikovat změny držení těla je možné různými způsoby. Optické topografické metody jako shadow moiré nebo analýza deformace proužkového rastru, pokud jsou navázány na počítačové vyhodnocení umožňují sledovat změny držení těla bez zátěže vyšetřované osoby a přitom umožńují sledovat změny držení těla bez zátěže vyšetřované osoby a přitom umožńují dobré kvantitativní vyhodnocení změn. This paper describes a optical topography methods in the diagnostics of body posture changing on the group of five man on the two kind of chair. We are observed the changing of body posture of man at a chair in the course of time. There was used two measurement methods at the same time.
