Zpráva obsahuje popis numerického modelu kardiovaskulárního a respiračního systému člověka pulzního typu sestávajícího z 27 kompartmentů, který zahrnuje fyziologický farmakokinetický model a model interakce léčiva s membránou myocytu. V závěru jsou uvedeny výsledky numerické simulace účinků propranololu na chování obou systémů. The report contains the description of the numerical model of the human cardiovascular and respiratory system of pulsating type with 27 compartments which includes the physiological pharmacokinetic model and the model of the drug interaction with the myocyte membrane. In conclusion the results of numerical simulation of the propranolol effects on the both system are showed.
