Práce se zabývá analýzou činnosti prvostupňového orgánu státní správy lesů, která se týká činnosti státní správy lesů vztahující se k jednotlivým paragrafům a odstavcům lesního zákona. Data jsou analyzována ze tří subjektů státní správy lesů, které jsou kompetenčně příslušné pro výkon státní správy lesů. Na rozbor rozhodovací činnosti orgánu státní správy lesů bylo zvoleno období od roku 2011 do roku 2015 včetně, tedy pět let. Dále je v práci možné nalézt návrhy změn stávající legislativy s cílem zlepšení současného stavu. The paper deals with the activities of the first instance state administration of forests, which relates to the activities of the state forestry authorities relating to individual sections and paragraphs of the Forest Act. The analysed data are from three entities of the state forest administration, competent and relevant for the state administration of forests. A period of five years from 2011 till 2015 was selected for the analysis of a decision-making activity of the state forest administration body. The study also contains possible proposals for amendments to existing legislation in order to improve the current situation.
