Cílem bakalářské práce je ověření metody sčítání zvěře pomocí fotopastí na území Doupovských hor a Šumavy. Toto téma je velmi řešeným problémem v managementu zvěře už více jak 40 let. Metodou sčítání zvěře pomocí fotopastí se zabývá mnoho organizací. Tato práce by měla přinést nový způsob monitoringu početních stavů zvěře v honitbách. K výzkumu bylo použito 21 fotopastí, následně bylo vyhodnoceno 20 106 fotografií. Data byla zpracována v programu Microsoft Office Excel. Z dat byla získána denzita zvěře. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že pokud je dostatečný počet fotopastí v terénu více jak 6 týdnů, je výsledek odhadu hustoty populace přesnější. The subject of my Bachelor Thesis was verification of wildlife census methods by using phototraps in region of Doupovské Mountains and Bohemian Forest. Many of the organizations that are involved in these methods should bring a solution of this problem. This topic is discussed in management of wild animals for more than 40 years. This thesis should help to look at the wild animals monitoring from a different point of view. For this research were used 21 phototraps and evaluated 20 106 pictures. Information were processed in MS Excel. The data build a basis for animals density evaluation. Results show the adequate number of phototraps in the area in duration of 6 weeks brings more significant results.
