Abstract: Práce se zabývá historickými národnostními menšinami ve Španělsku - Katalánci, Basky a Galicijci. Problematika je studována v kontextu dějin Španělska, mezinárodních vztahů a evropských dějin. Důraz je kladen na 20. a 21. století, obsahuje však také popis starších událostí. V novodobých dějinách je značný prostor věnován separatismu a terorismu národnostních menšin , zejména baskické ETA. Práce vychází také z teoretických studií národnostních menšin.
