Schema pro predikci součinitele tepelné vodivosti vícesložkových plynných směsí Stiela a Thodose bylo použito pro srovnání s experimentálními daty zemního plynu Norského a Ruského typu. Relativní odchylka vypočtených hodnot od experimentálních se pohybuje v pásmu ?2% až +2.5 %. The accuracy of the scheme for prediction of the thermal conductivity of multicomponent gas mixtures by Stiel and Thodos is assessed by comparison with the experimental data obtained on natural gases of the Norwegian a Russian type. At pressures used in high pressure pipelines and systems for natural gas transport and distribution, the relative deviation of the calculated values from the experimental ones lie within the band from ?2% to 2.5%.
