Název práce v češtině : Specifika práce s romskými uživateli návykových látek v nízkoprahových kontaktních centrech Abstrakt Práce představuje mapující kvalitativní výzkum, který má za cíl zjistit současnou situaci v nízkoprahových kontaktních center co se týče jejich práce s romskými uživateli návykových látek. Šetření je založeno na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s odborníky z oboru adiktologie, kteří v kontaktních centrech pracují. Pro realizaci výzkumu byla použita metoda prostého výčtu a metoda trsů. Předvýzkum je založen na kvalifikovaném odhadu počtu romských klientů v jednotlivých kontaktních centrech a dotazuje se i na celkový počet klientů v roce 2010. Vlastní výzkum se pokouší odpovědět na otázky, zda a popřípadě jaké rozdíly byly vypozorovány mezi romskými klienty a klienty z majoritní společnosti. Dále zjišťuje názory odborníků na to, zda Romové využívají služby jednotlivých kontaktních center, a jsou-li nějaké možnosti, jak získat více romských klientů. Výzkum se také zajímá o to, byla-li navázána spolupráce s rodinou, jakou s tím mají odborníci zkušenost a další otázkou je zaměstnávají-li kontaktní centra romské pracovníky a v čem shledávají jejich výhodu. V neposlední řadě jsou zjišťovány názory na zřizování speciálních programů pouze pro Romy a má-li konkrétní centrum podobný program.... The specifics of work with Roma drug users in low-threshold contact centers Abstract This work maps a qualitative research that aims to identify a current situation in low- contact center in terms of their work with Roma users of addictive substances. The survey is based on semi-structured interviews with addictology experts, who work in low-contact centers. For an implementation of research the method of simple enumeration of clusters was used. Pre-research is based on a qualified estimate of a number of Roma clients in individual contact centers as well as a total number of clients in 2010. Custom research attempts to answer on a question whether and if there were detected differences between Roma clients and clients from the major society. Furthermore it investigates expert opinion on if they use the services of individual contact centers and whether there are some ways to involve more Roma clients. The research is also interested in further aspects. If there was cooperation with drugs user family, what was the experts experience with it and whether to employ Roma workers in contact centers and if so how they find their advantage.
