Bakalářská práce na téma Identifikace vzdělávacích potřeb u všeobecných sester se zabývá motivy a důvody všeobecných sester pro další vzdělávání. Věnuje se historii vzdělávání všeobecných sester ve světě a v České republice, mezinárodním kritériím pro kvalifikační přípravu všeobecných sester a jejich pohledem na současný systém vzdělávání. Analyzuje potřebu vzdělávání a motivy k učení, přibližuje také faktory ovlivňující učení. V závěru se věnuje formám celoživotního vzdělávání. V empirické části zkoumá důvody a motivy dalšího vzdělávání všeobecných sester v současnosti a zároveň hodnotí názor všeobecných sester na tuto problematiku. This Bachelor's thesis on the Identification of Training needs for Nurses deals with the reasons and motives for further education of nurses. It discusses the history of nursing education both internationally and in the Czech Republic, international criteria for nursing qualifications, and nurses' views of the current educational system. The thesis analyzes educational needs and motivations for training, and touches on factors affecting learning. The conclusion is devoted to forms of lifelong learning. The empirical section examines reasons and motivations for continuing nursing education at present and also assesses nurses' opinions on this issue.
