Abstract: This paper presents new results of the investigation of the oscillator with soft impact and triangle model of impact interactions. Transition between two types of impactless motion is expained and the influence of impact energy losses on the system dynamics in shown. Inverse grazing viburcation is defined and two types of motion with equal impact number are distinguished.
