Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá druhou cechovní knihou pražských malířů, která vznikala mezi lety 1490-1582. Aktualizuje starší edici doktora Chytila a doplňuje ji o nové poznatky se zvláštním zřetelem na popis a rozbor pramene. V úvodní části je obecně zmíněn vývoj řemesel a cechovnictví v českých městech. Další kapitola se již věnuje problematice staroměstského malířského cechu, jeho členům a organizaci a jeho historii od vzniku až do počátku 17. století, kdy prošlo sdružení významnými organizačními změnami. Následuje analýza knihy, jejích vnitřních i vnějších znaků, která klade důraz především na paleografii a strukturu. V této části se také nalézá těžiště práce. Poslední část obsahuje samotnou edici cechovní knihy, která byla připravena podle moderních edičních metod a byla opatřena poznámkovým aparátem a jmenným a místním rejstříkem. It updates the older edition written by doctor Chytil and adds new findings with special regard to characterization and analysis of the source. The first part generally mentions development of crafts and guilds in Czech municipality. Next chapter is dealing with the issue of painter`s guild in Old Town, its membership and organization from its origin to beginning of 17th century, in which the group underwent significant changes. Then follows analysis of the book, its external and internal features, that stresses above all palaeography and book`s structure. This part also contains the focal point of the whole thesis. In the last chapter lies the edition of guild`s book, which was made according to modern principles and was supplied with footnotes and name and location index.
