Obezita negativně působí na kvalitu života dětí a její vysoká prevalence je celosvětovým problémem. Obezita je multifaktoriální onemocnění, jehož vznik ovlivňují faktory genetické a exogenní. Exogenní faktory, mohou působit přímo na obézního jedince a dají se vymezit markery osobní anamnézy, a nebo mohou působit v rámci rodiny a pak je vymezují markery anamnézy rodinné. Protože zdravotní rizika spojená s obezitou jsou vysoká, je třeba se zaměřit na léčbu obezity již v dětském věku, kdy je ještě možné změnit nezdravé návyky a zapůsobit na životní styl dětí. Cílem této práce je popsat vztah závažnosti obezity sledovaného souboru obézních dětí na vybraných údajích z jejich osobní a rodinné anamnézy a analyzovat závislost úspěšnosti redukční léčby dětí na vybraných aspektech jejich osobní a rodinné anamnézy. Sledovaný soubor zahrnuje 398 dívek a 216 chlapců ve věku od 6 do 18 let, kteří byli antropometricky vyšetřeni na začátku a na konci pobytu v Léčebně Dr. Filipa v Poděbradech, a jejichž rodiče odpověděli na otázky dotazníkového šetření pro rodiče obézních dětí. Sběr dat probíhal v rozmezí let 2000 a 2010. Sledovány byly tělesná hmotnost, tělesná výška, BMI, tloušťka kožních řas, obvodové a šířkové parametry a tělesné složení. V práci je zhodnocena závažnost obezity dětí na počátku redukční terapie... Obesity negatively affects quality of life of children and its high prevalence is a global problem. Obesity is a multifactorial disease, whose formation influence genetic and exogenous factors. Exogenous factors can act directly on obese individuals and can be defined by the markers of personal history, or may act within the family and then they are define by the markers of family history. The health risks associated with obesity are high and therefore you need to focus on the treatment of obesity in childhood. In childhood it is still possible to change unhealthy habits and lifestyle. The aim of this work is to describe the relationship of severity of obesity of obese children in the selected data from their personal and family history and analyze the success of reducing treatment of children in dependence selected aspects of their personal and family history. Monitored set includes 398 girls and 216 boys aged 6 to 18 years who were examined anthropometric at the beginning and in the end of the stay in the hospital, Dr. Philip in Poděbrady, and whose parents responded to the survey questions for parents of obese children. Data where colected between years 2000 and 2010. The following parameters were monitored: body weight, body height, BMI, skinfolds thickness, circumferential and width parameters...
