Resumé Diplomová práce Slyšící rodiče - neslyšící dítě je, jak už z názvu vyplývá, zaměřena na problematiku situace narození neslyšícího dítěte slyšícím rodičům. Mapuje hlavní oblasti, které ovlivňují prožívání rodiče v této situaci. Práce vymezuje teoreticky i prakticky na podkladě využití české i zahraniční literatury oblasti, které zasahují do prožívání rodičů. Jsou představeny ty, které ovlivňují prožívání rodiče u každého typu postižení dítěte se zaměřením na mapování specifické situace v případě sluchového postižení. Dále jsou popsány čistě specifické oblasti, se kterými je rodič konfrontován jen v případě narození dítěte se sluchovým postižením. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice etiologie sluchového postižení a zvláštnostem vývoje dítěte s důrazem na zvláštnosti v oblasti komunikace. Zabývá se problematikou vzdělávání a tématem kochleární implantace. Rozebíráno je téma prožívání rodiny dítěte se sluchovým postižením. Je mapován systém péče o děti se sluchovým postižením a jejich rodiny. V nepolední řadě je součástí teoretické části drobný exkurz do světa neslyšících. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky, které vzešly z analýz šesti rozhovorů s rodiči neslyšících dětí. Tato část je věnována snaze zachytit, jak rodiče vnímají jednotlivé oblasti, se kterými jsou konfrontováni. Jaké jim... Digest in English The master thesis called Hearing parents - Deaf child addresses issues concerning the specific situation of hearing parents with a hearing-impaired child. It deals with the main influences affecting what parents experience in this state of affairs. Based on Czech and foreign resources, the thesis specifies both theoretically and practically these influences on parental experiences. Firstly, general aspects which affect experiences in relation to any type of child's disability are introduced, with particular focus on specifics in case of hearing impairment. Secondly, those occurrences are described which parents are confronted with only if they raise a hearing-impaired child. The theoretical part deals with the etiology of hearing impairment and with abnormal features in child development, with emphasis on the field of communication. Further, it pursues the subjects of education and cochlear implants. Feelings and experiences of families with deaf children are also explored. Moreover, the system of care for children with hearing impairment and their families is examined. Finally, a short overview of the life of the Deaf is presented.
