Tato bakalářská práce sleduje odrazy konsolidačního procesu po roce 1968 v literárně dramatickém vysílání Československé televize. Oblastí zájmu tedy nejsou jednotlivá díla televizní dramatické tvorby, ale její organizační zázemí. To je sledováno z hlediska vývoje dramaturgie a personálních změn, které měly na dramaturgickou koncepci bezprostřední vliv. Jelikož konsolidace nebyla pouhou změnou stavu, ale návratem ještě před stav předcházející, jsou mocenské determinanty dvou stanovených hledisek sledovány již v období před rokem 1968. Teprve zohledněním tohoto časového úseku je možné postihnout principiální proměny mocenského vztahu k televizní dramatické tvorbě. Úvodní část práce vymezuje činnost sledované televizní redakce včetně relevantní terminologie a nalézá kořeny krize dramaturgie, která přesáhla až do období Pražského jara. Další část a hlavní jádro práce sleduje na pozadí obecného vývoje v televizi a ve společnosti specifický a časově posunutý konsolidační proces v literárně dramatickém vysílání. Tato etapa je rozdělena na fázi minimálního zájmu ze strany mocenských orgánů, na období vnějšího dohledu po napojení vedení televize na stranický aparát a období vnitřního dohledu, kdy se kontrolní nástroje a autocenzurní praktiky staly nedílnou součástí redakce. Mezi hlavní témata patří vývoj... The bachelor's thesis follows impacts of consolidation process after 1968 on Literary department of Czechoslovak television. Therefore the area of interest is not individual pieces of work of television dramatic production, but their organizational background. It is analyzed from the point of view of dramaturgy development and personal changes that had direct impact on dramaturgy conception. Since consolidation was not the only change of state but also return before the previous state, the determinants of power of the two stated points of view are followed even during the period before 1968. Only by taking account of such period of time it is possible to capture essential changes of relation of power to the television dramatic production. In the introduction of the thesis is described the activity of followed television department including relevant terminology. The introduction also contains description of the roots of dramaturgy crisis which has exceeded even into the period of Prague spring. The next part of the thesis and mainly its merit monitor specific and in terms of time shifted consolidation process in the Literary department. It is monitored on the background of general development in television and society. This period of time is divided in phase of minimum interest of power...
