Rigorózní práce se zabývá převodem a zastavením obchodního podílu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Rigorózní práce obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku obchodního podílu, dále se věnuje převodu a zastavení obchodního podílu, přičemž vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že současná právní úprava převodu a zastavení obchodního podílu je velmi stručná, se zaměřuje na relevantní rozhodnutí českých soudů. Dále je do rigorózní práce začleněn historický vývoj institutů spadajících pod téma rigorózní práce a přílohy, a to smlouva o převodu obchodního podílu a smlouva o zastavení obchodního podílu. Thesis deals with the transfer and pawn of share in a company with limited liability. The thesis contains a brief description of a share, deals with the transfer and pawn of share, owing to briefness of a current legislation, mainly focusing on the relevant decisions of the Czech courts. In addition, there is also incorporated historical development of the institutes regarding to the theme of thesis, and also the Annexes, contract on the transfer of share, contract on the pawn of share.
