Abstract: The study presents the experimental arrangements and methodology for measuring the dynamic and phonation characteristics of human vocal folds. The experiments were focused mainly on non-linear vibration effects when bifurcation appears during phonation by changing, for example, the tension of the vocal folds.
Keywords: biomechanics of human voice; non-linear dynamics
