Abstract: The systemic compliance changes during singel rotary pump support on a symplified circuit were studied. Thus rotation speed of the supporting rotary pump, frequency rate of the failing ventricle under the changing conditions of compliance of the systemic branch (aortic root) were invesigated. The systemic compliance effect enhances the common flow of the rotary pump and the pulsating supported ventricle.
