T- a B-lymfocyty hrají klíčovou roli v imunitním systému, neboť v organismu zajišťují specifickou imunitu. Receptor S1P1 reguluje uvolňování lymfocytů z lymfatických orgánů do krve, odkud pak putují k místu infekce. Bylo zjištěno, že transmembránový helix 4 receptoru S1P1 interaguje s transmembránovou částí receptoru CD69 a tato interakce je následně zodpovědná za zadržení lymfocytů v lymfatických orgánech. Cílem této práce bylo připravit expresní plazmidy pro produkci těchto dvou receptorů a jejich další výzkum. T- and B- lymphocytes play a key role in immunity, because they provide specific immunity in organism. Receptor S1P1 regulates lymphocyte egress from lymphoid organs to blood, from which the lymphocytes travel to the site of infection. It was discovered that transmembrane helix 4 of S1P1 receptor interacts with transmembrane part of CD69 receptor and this interaction is responsible for retention of lymphocytes in lymphoid organs. The aim of this study is to prepare expression plasmids for production of these two receptors and their further research.
