Miriam Kotrusová Ph.D. Rok obhajoby: 2012 Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem práce se sociálně ohroženou rodinou v České republice. Experti se shodují, že systém péče o ohroženou rodinu v ČR nedosahuje úrovně vyspělých zemí. Systém je roztříštěn mezi několik rezortů, neexistuje jednotný a vymahatelný standard kvality práce s ohroženou rodinou, chybí zde nezávislý řídící orgán, který by dohlížel na dodržování Úmluvy o právech dítěte. Garantem pomoci ohroženým rodinám je stát, ale pracovníků orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, kteří by s rodinou intenzivně pracovali, je nedostatek, důsledkem je vysoký počet dětí v institucionální péči. Odborníci připravují reformní kroky na zefektivnění systému péče o ohroženou rodinu v ČR - preventivními programy a prací s rodinou se mají snížit počty dětí v ústavní péči. V práci s ohroženou rodinou by měl státní sektor spolupracovat s nestátními organizacemi a společně usilovat o sanaci rodiny, čímž se snaží zachovat případně obnovit správnou funkčnost rodiny. Reforma na zefektivnění systému bude trvat několik let, ale již dnes v některých regionech ČR sektory... Miriam Kotrusová Ph.D. The year of presentation: 2012 Abstract This bachelor thesis deals with the work with socially vulnerable families in the Czech Republic. Experts agree that the system of care for vulnerable families in the Czech Republic is below the level of developed countries. The system is fragmented among several ministries, there is no uniform and enforceable standard of quality work with socially vulnerable families, there is no independent authority to oversee compliance with the Convention on the Rights of Child. Guarantor of help for socially vulnerable families is the state, but there is lack of social workers, who work intensively with the family. The result is the high number of children in institutional care. Experts prepare reform steps to streamline the system of care for socially vulnerable families in the Czech Republic - the numbers of children in institutional care should reduce by preventive programs and work with a family. The public sector should cooperate with nongovernmental organizations in working with socially vulnerable families, and together strive for redevelopment...
