Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou pracovních rizik profese prodavač - specialista v konkrétním hypermarketu a možnostmi rehabilitační prevence muskuloskeletálních obtíží u této profese. Práce je rozdělená na tři části. První část práce obsahuje přehled teoretických poznatků o bolestech zad spojených s prací, rizikové faktory manipulace s břemeny, mechanismy poškození páteře a vliv manipulace s břemeny na jednotlivé části pohybového aparátu. První část taky shrnuje poznatky o typech únavy, pracovním stresu, hmotnostních limitech pro manipulace s břemeny a kategorizaci práce. Druhá část práce se věnuje samotnému provedení a výsledkům jednotlivých kroků analýzy pracovních rizik. Třetí část práce se zaměřuje na shrnutí možností rehabilitační prevence muskuloskeletálních obtíží u této profese ze strany zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance. This thesis deals with the analysis of occupational risks profession salesman - specialist in a particular shopping center and the rehabilitation options for prevention of musculoskeletal difficulties in this profession. The work is divided into three parts. The first part contains an overview of theoretical knowledge about back pain related to work, risk factors for handling loads, mechanisms of injury and the effect of handling loads on individual parts of the musculoskeletal system. The first part also summarizes knowledge about the types of fatigue, work stress, weight limits for handling loads and categorization work. The second part is dedicated to the implementation and results of each step in the analysis of occupational risks. The third part focuses on summarizing the rehabilitation options for prevention of musculoskeletal difficulties of the profession effected by an employer and the employee.
