Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika pacienta po chirurgické stabilizaci krční páteře. Cíl práce: Cílem teto bakalářské práce je charakterizovat problematiku postižení krční páteře při revmatoidní artritidě a zaměřit se přitom na fyzioterapeutické postupy používané u pacientů po chirurgické stabilizaci tohoto úseku. Metoda: První část bakalářské práce je teoretická a bude zpracována formou rešerše. Cílem je sesbírat a porovnat dosud publikované informace z odborných článků, knih a studií o problematice fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s revmatoidní artritidou po chirurgické stabilizaci krční páteře. Použity budou jak české, tak zahraniční zdroje od roku 1974. Druhá část je speciální, bude zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta po chirurgické stabilizaci krční páteře s revmatoidní artritidou IV. stupně. Tato speciální část vychází z práce s pacientem v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze, v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v termínu od 9. ledna do 4. února 2012. Jejím cílem je využít dosud získaných vědomostí a dovedností z teorie a praxe k vyšetření pacienta, návrhu a aplikaci vhodných fyzioterapeutických postupů či metod. Aim of the thesis: Aim of the bachelor's thesis is to define disability of the cervical spine by rheumatoid artritis patient and focus on physioterapeutic procedures, which are used for patients after a surgical stabilization of the cervical spine. Method: The first part of the bachelor's thesis is teoretical and will be write up in the form of search. Aim is to collect and compare published information from proffesional articles, books and studies about issue of physioterapeutic care for patient with rheumatoid arthritis after the surgical stabilization of the spine. Will be used czech and also foreign sources, from the year 1974. The second part is special, will be write up in the form of case report of pacient with rheumatoid arthritis (IV. degree). This special part is based on terapeutic sessions with patient in the Rheumatology institute in Prague, within continuous professional practice from 9th January to 4th February 2012. The aim is to used obtained knowledges and skills from teoretical and practical studies to examine patient, do proposal and application of suitable physioteraputic methods or procedures.
