Fungicidy jsou velmi často používané látky na ochranu zemědělských plodin, ale mají uplatnění i jinde. V mnoha případech se jedná o látky zdraví škodlivé nebo karcinogenní. Proto je třeba sledovat jejich používání a znát možnosti jejich speciace v životním prostředí. Cílem této práce je studium komplexů fungicidu tebukonazolu (1) s vybranými kovy z hlediska možnosti určení jejich speciace v půdním roztoku. Stechiometrie a stabilita komplexů 1 s Cu, Zn, Cd, Ca Ag byla určena pomocí elektrosprejové ionizace s hmotnostní detekcí (ESI-MS) v modelových roztocích. Byla zjištěna vysoká stabilita zejména komplexů s mědí, kdy stabilita komplexu [Cu(1)]+ byla 224 kJ·mol-1 (tato energie odpovídá oddisociování molekuly vody z molekuly 1) oproti hodnotám komplexů s ostatními kovy (cca 150 kJ·mol-1 ). Vysoká stabilita [Cu(1)]+ a zároveň vysoká afinita mědi (oproti ostatním sledovaným kovům) vůči 1 umožnila vyvinout novou analytickou metodu umožňující stanovit 1 ve formě komplexu [Cu(1)]+ . Ionty mědi byly generovány elektrochemicky na měděné elektrodě, která byla umístěna před hmotnostní spektrometr. Komplexy 1 s ostatními kovy v půdním roztoku se rozpadaly a přednostně tvořily komplex [Cu(1)]+ , který byl následně detekován pomocí ESI-MS. Its traces are present in plant tissues, wine as well as in soil. The aim of the study was to determine stoichiometries and stabilities of metal (Cu, Zn, Cd, Ca and Ag) complexes with tebuconazole (1) by means of electrospray ionization mass spectrommetry (ESI-MS). It was found that the complexes of tebuconazole with copper ions are particularly stable ([Cu(1)]+ has appearance energy 224 kJ·mol-1 , corresponding with the dissociation of the water molecule from the tebuconazole molecule), while the stability of another tebuconazole complexes is lower, about 150 kJ·mol-1 . In real environmental samples, the detection of 1 itself is hampered by its spreading into various species. The method involved here is based upon a hyphenation of electrochemistry (amperometry) and electrospray-ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). It uses the fact that Cu creates very stable complexes with 1. We demonstrate that at appropriate potentials (at higher than 500 mV) Cu cations can be generated in an electrochemical cell and subsequently form complexes with 1 present in the sample.
