Cílem práce je posoudit vhodnost užití současně používaných stimulačních elektrod a jejich aplikaci v kardiostimulaci. Jsou zde zpracovány a porovnány hodnoty akutního a chronického prahového napětí myokardu a vyhodnocení jeho vývoje v čase po implantaci. Srovnání je zaměřeno na elektrody s aktivní a pasivní fixací. Výsledky jsou zaneseny do grafů a statisticky zpracovány. An aim of the work is to consider suitability of application of the currently used stimulatory electrodes and their application in pacing. Here are processed and compared values of acute and chronical treshold of myocard and evaluation of its development in time after the implantation. Comparison is focused on the electrodes with active and passive fixation and the results are inserted in charts.
