Irena Novotná Rok obhajoby: 2011 Metodika: Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku fyzioterapeutických postupů u pacientky s diagnózou stav po fraktuře proximální části humeru a distální časti radia a zpracovat podrobnou kazuistiku pacientky s touto diagnózou. První část bakalářské práce je teoretická a je zpracována formou rešerše. Je v ní popsána anatomie, kineziologie a biomechanika ramenního, loketního kloubu, zápěstí a kloubů ruky. V teoretické části jsou dále popsány typy zlomenin, jejich léčba a především fyzioterapeutické postupy, kterými můžeme tento stav ovlivnit. Druhá část je speciální a je zpracována formou kazuistiky, kde jsou popsány terapeutické postupy u diagnózy stav po fraktuře proximální části humeru a distální části radia vlevo. Tato část se skládá z 8 terapeutických jednotek, které byly provedeny ambulantně na rehabilitačním oddělení Oblastní nemocnice Kladno. V závěru speciální části je uvedeno zhodnocení efektu terapie. Klíčová slova: Zlomenina, kost pažní, kost vřetení, fyzioterapeutické postupy, kazuistika Title of bachelor's thesis: Case Study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of fracture of distal part of radius and proximal part of humerus Methods: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the problems of physiotherapeutic procedures of a patient with the diagnosis state after the fracture of distal part of radius and proximal part of humerus and to process a detailed casuistry of the patient with this diagnosis. The first part of the bachelor thesis is theoretical and is processed on the basis of the background research. Anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics of shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand joints are included in the first part. Furthermore, it comprises types of fractures, their treatment and particularly the physiotherapeutic procedures which can have influence on the state. The second part of the thesis is specialized and is processed on the basis of the casuistry involving therapeutic procedures in the diagnosis state after the fracture of proximal part of humerus and distal part of the radius on the left. This part consists of eight therapeutic units which were undertaken ambulatory at the rehabilitative department in the regional hospital in Kladno.
