Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak je vnímána profese všeobecné sestry jinými nelékařskými zdravotnickými profesemi a také samotnými lékaři v multidisciplinárním týmu. Dále bylo zkoumáno, čím je ovlivňován vztah ostatních zdravotnických pracovníků k všeobecné sestře při jejich spolupráci. Posledním cílem bylo porovnat vnímání profese všeobecné sestry ve fakultní a městské nemocnici. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením pojmu "vnímání" a jeho charakteristikou. Popisuji různorodé faktory ovlivňující vnímání při výkonu profese všeobecné sestry v mulitdisciplinárním týmu. Stručně se zmiňuji o historii i aktuální situaci v profesi všeobecné sestry. Nedílnou součástí mé bakalářské práce je popis předpokladů všeobecné sestry a ostatních zdravotnických pracovníků k výkonu povolání a to jak zákonných, tak osobnostních. V empirické části popisuji kvantitativní metodu sběru dat formou dotazníkového šetření. Popisuji pracovní postup, administraci dotazníku, jeho návrat a vlastní vyhodnocení získaných dat. Závěrem práce je provedeno vyhodnocení uvedených hypotéz, které vyplývají ze stanovených cílů mé bakalářské práce. Second, to discuss the relationship during cooperation between other medical workers and general nurses. Third, compare the profession of general nurse in faculty hospital and in city hospital. Theoretical part determines term of "taking in notice", its characteristics, and discuss various factors related with taking in the notice during multidisciplinary cooperation . In the work I briefly describe history and actual situation in general nursing profession. Presented work is focused on qualificative personal and legislative predispositions of general nursing profession and other medical professions. Experimental part shows quantitative metod of data collection using request form including data collection, administration and investigation of returned data. In conclusion, evaluation of hypothesis correlated with aims of the bachelor's work is performed.
