V obecné části je popsána funkce zkřížených vazů v kolenním kloubu, především pak toho předního. Dále jsou uvedeny možné příčiny vzniku poranění LCA, způsoby diagnostiky takovéto léze a dnešní způsoby řešení. Obsahem speciální části je podrobně zpracovaná kazuistika pacienta, který byl rehabilitován po plastické operaci náhrady předního zkříženého vazu v době souvislé odborné praxe v zařízení CLPA v Praze Vysočanech. In General part of this work is described function of cruciate ligaments, mostly ACL. It also content causes of injury ACL, diagnostic methods and today's methods of treatment. The content of special part is detailed casuistry of patient, who has been rehabilitated after reconstructive surgery of ACL during internship in CLPA in Prague.
