Použítím kmene kvasinek Saccharomyces cerevisiae AD1-3 je zkoumán vliv aktivace H+-ATPasy glukózou na velikost membránového potenciálu v závislosti na fázi růstu. Použitý kmen kvasinek byl charakterizován pomocí jeho růstového prolu. Dále byla pro tři fáze růstu (konkrétně exponenciální, diauxickou a postdiauxickou) změřena míra aktivace H+-ATPasy pomocí metody měření barvících křivek založené na uorescenční sondě diS-C3(3). Závěrem byl zkoumán dopad dlouhodobého působení glukózy na aktivitu H+-ATPasy. Using the Saccharomyces cerevisiae AD1-3 strain, we tested the eect of glucose activation of H+-ATPase on value of the membrane potential. With the grow prole we described this yeast strain. Then using the method of dyeing curve based on uorescent dye diS-C3(3) we measured the size of glucose activation of H+-ATPase through three grow phase (exponencial, diauxic, postdiauxic). Finally, we studied impact of prolonged glucose treatment on activation of H+-ATPase.
