Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je poukázat na důležitost věnovat se problematice lidí s poškozením mozku v kontextu jejich zapojení se do pracovního procesu. Téma je to velice aktuální, protože těchto lidí ročně přibývá a jejich nezaměstnanost se pohybuje v rozmezí 70 - 80 %. Být zaměstnán pro tyto občany neznamená jen zdroj obživy, ale pro většinu z nich je mnohem důležitější možnost seberealizace a zapojení se do společnosti. Vzhledem k následkům poškození mozku a mnohdy dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti jsou jejich vyhlídky na to, aby získali trvalé zaměstnání, snížené. Diplomová práce poukáže nejenom na bariéry v zaměstnávání osob po poškození mozku, ale také na možnosti, způsoby a tipy, jak tyto osoby zaměstnávat. Příkladem mohou být i zkušenosti dobré praxe ze zahraničí. The main aim of this Diploma Thesis is to point out the importance to pay attention to people with the brain injury in the context of their engagement to working process. It is a current topic, because the number of these people has been increasing and their unemployment ranges between 70 - 80 %. To be employed is not only livelihood for these people, but the possibility of self-realization and engagement to society is much more important for most of them. Considering the consequences after the brain injury and due to long-term unemployment, their prospects of permanent job are lowered. The Diploma Thesis points out not only the barriers in employing of the people after the brain injury, but also the possibilities, kinds and tips for the employing of these people. Experience of good practise from abroad can be an example.
