Cíl: Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit kvalitu somatognózie a posoudit převahu osobnostních dimenzí u pacientů s FBSS. Metody: 30 pacientů s diagnózou FBSS a 25 probandů kontrolní skupiny bylo vyšetřováno testem prostorové orientace v laboratoři prostorové kognice Blue Velvet Arena, čtyřmi testy na tělesné schéma, a byly zhodnoceny osobnostní dimenze na základě NEO osobnostního dotazníku a testu dle Petrie u skupiny pacientů s FBSS. Byly porovnávány výsledky mezi oběma skupinami a stanoveno procentuelní zastoupení probandů v dílčích kategoriích. Hodnotili jsme rovněž míru závislosti některých proměnných ve skupině pacientů. Výsledky: Prokázali jsme signifikantní rozdíly mezi skupinou pacientů a kontrolní skupinou v testu prostorové orientace, kde větší přesnost odhadu se týkala skupiny pacientů. Signifikantní rozdíl mezi skupinami byl i v jednom ze čtyř testů na tělesné schéma, kde pacienti měli horší výsledky oproti skupině kontrolní. Prokázali jsme silnou závislost tělesného schématu na věku, době trvání bolesti a míře pohybové aktivity. Zhodnotili jsme vysoké zastoupení probandů ze skupiny pacientů v kategorii vysokého skóre svědomitosti a v testu dle Petrie bylo vyšší zastoupení podhodnocujících probandů ve skupině pacientů. Celkově byl zjištěn větší počet pokusů mimo pásmo tolerance v... Aim: The aim of this thesis is both evaluate a somatognosis quality and consider rate of personality dimensions in patients with FBSS. Methods: 30 patients with FBSS and 25 probands of healthy control group were examinated in laboratory of spatial cognition called Blue Velvet Arena. They underwent spatial navigation task and body scheme tests. We made comparative analysis of these measurements between groups. We evaluated personality dimensions in patients group, by using NEO personality inventory and Petrie test. Finally we consider relationships of these variables and another related factors. Results: Signicant difference between patient's group and control group was found both in spatial navigation task and body scheme tests. In spatial navigation task control group had lower results compared to the patient's group. In body scheme tests was found reverse results. We found high correlation of body scheme with age, pain duration and activity level. There was high percentage of underestimating probands and probands with high score of conscientiousness. Error rate (judgement out of tolerance zone) was higher in patient's group compared to the control group.
