Tato diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji a podobě residenční suburbanizace v severovýchodním zázemí Prahy - ve správním obvodě obce s rozšířenou působností (ORP) Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav. K této práci byla využita data Českého statistického úřadu za bytovou výstavbu mezi lety 1997-2008 a data z Registru sčítacích obvodů a budov. Tato práce poukazuje na vývoj prostorového rozmístění nové zástavby v ORP Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav mezi lety 1992-2008. Součástí této práce jsou rovněž případové studie čtyř vybraných lokalit ze severovýchodního zázemí Prahy: Jenštejn, Klecany, Zdiby a Zlonín. V těchto lokalitách je sledována jejich odlišná sídelní struktura, především pak velikost sídel, výměra pozemků, velikost zastavěných ploch a typy budov se zaměřením na novou zástavbu. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA: residenční suburbanizace, zázemí, vývoj, bytová výstavba, Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav This master thesis analyses the development and shape of residential suburbanization in north-east part of Prague hinterland - municipality with extended powers Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav - using data about new housing construction in the period of 1997- 2008 from Czech Statistical Office and data from Register of Enumeration Districts and Buildings. The thesis shows development of spatial arrangement of suburban housing in the period 1992-2008 in municipality with extended powers Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav. The thesis includes case studies of residential structure in several villages from north-east part of Prague hinterland: Jenštejn, Klecany Zdiby and Zlonín. It is monitored area of villages, sizes of plots and built-up areas and types of buildings in these locations, with emphasis on new buildings KEY WORDS: residential suburbanization, hinterland, development, housing construction, Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav
