Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu bariér dobrovolnictví v neziskových organizacích působících na Praze 5 v oblasti sociálních služeb. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum, který se cíleně soustředí jak na nestátní neziskové organizace, tak na státní neziskové organizace, které vzájemně porovnává z hlediska jejich postojů k dobrovolnictví obecně i z hlediska uváděných překážek dobrovolnictví. Při analýze bariér dobrovolnictví je kladen důraz také na hledání "místně- specifických" faktorů, tj. faktorů souvisejících s městskou částí Praha 5 nebo s hlavním městem Prahou, které mohou ovlivňovat postoj neziskových organizací k dobrovolnictví. Na závěr jsou nastíněny způsoby překonání existujících bariér a možnosti rozvoje dobrovolnictví v neziskových organizacích. This thesis is concerned with the barriers to volunteering in nonprofit organizations working in Prague 5 in the field of social services. It is a qualitative research that specifically focuses on NGOs and also the state non-profit organization, which are compared in terms of their attitudes to volunteering in general and also in terms of perceived barriers to volunteering. In the analysis of barriers to volunteering is among others searched for the "locally-specific" factors, i.e. factors associated with Prague 5 or capital city Prague, which may affect the attitudes of non-profit organizations towards volunteering. In conclusion, there are shown some ways to overcome existing barriers to volunteering and to support the development of volunteering in nonprofit organizations.
