Fobické posturální vertigo je druhou nejčastější příčinou závratí a spadá mezi somatoformní poruchy. Je to onemocnění nezávislé na pohlaví, avšak závislé na psychickém stavu pacienta, od kterého se odvíjí typy stížností a i jejich následné řešení a prognóza. Cílem této práce bylo shrnout poznatky zveřejněné o fobickém posturálním vertigu, objasnit jeho zařazení a podstatu a navrhnout terapeutický plán. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) Phobic postural vertigo (PPV) is the second most common cause of vertigo. It belongs to the group of somatoform disorders. However independent of the gender, this disorder depends on the patient's psychical condition. This affects both the types of complaints and the consequent treatment and prognosis. The aim of this thesis is to summarize the findings concerning Phobic postural vertigo, to explain its principle and systematisation and to propose a therapeutic plan.
