Obsahuje teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří částí. První část je zaměřena na problematiku totální endoprotézy včetně historie totální endoprotézy a anatomie kyčelního kloubu, druhá část na lázeňskou léčbu a třetí část se týká kvality života. Empirická část byla zpracována za pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo v lázeňském zařízení v Lázních Bělohrad. Osloveno bylo celkem 55 respondentů ve věku 50 a více let. Cílem empirické části bylo zjistit zda se zlepšila kvalita života u pacientů po operaci totální endoprotézy a rozdíl funkčnosti kyčelního kloubu před operací a po lázeňské léčbě. Bachelor's thesis deals with quality of lite with the people after surgery hip join who were implanted total replacement hip join. Iťs divided into two parts theoretical and empiricism. Theory consists of three parts. Part one describes on the problems of total replacement including histoiy total replacement and anatomy of the hip join. Part two contains on the cure at a spa and part three deals with the quality of life. The empirical part has been treated by a help of the guestionnaire research that took part at a spa equipment in Lazne Bělohrad. 55 respondents aged over 50 were addressed. The task of empirical part was to find out if the quality of life would improve after the surgery and a defference before the surgery and after the cure at a spa.
