Tématem mé bakalářské práce je "Vliv radiologického asistenta na eliminaci chyb při PA projekci hrudníku". I když se jedná o rutinní vyšetřovací metodu patřící mezi základní vyšetření, přesto může docházet k chybám v průběhu snímkování v důsledku přístupu zdravotnického personálu neboli vyšetřované osoby. Zjistit do jaké míry je radiologický asistent schopen ovlivnit příčinu vzniku chyb při PA projekci hrudníku z hlediska přístupu a spolupráce vyšetřované osoby v průběhu samotného snímkování, ze strany samotného radiologického asistenta (zajištění správné pozice pro PA projekci hrudníku, volba vhodného rozměru kazety s filmem dle rozměrů a pohlaví snímkované osoby, nastavení hodnot v kV a mAs dle doporučení daného pracoviště, zkušeností samotného RA, konstituce a věku vyšetřované osoby) a s kterými je nucen se smířit -technické vybavení daného RTG pracoviště (RTG přístroj, kvalita RTG filmů, kvalita vyvolávacího procesu). I was particularly interested in this topic because it was the one I wished to get acquainted with in each and every detail, from the very beginning of the examination till its end. The X-ray is kind of a electromagnetic wave with the wave-length ranging from 10-9 to 10-11 metres. The X-ray machine consists of the X-ray emitter and the generator. The heart of the X-ray machine is an electrode pair, a cathode and a tungsten anode, that is pegged inside a glass vacuum tube. An X-ray picture is a two-dimensional picture of a plastic subject.
